- Ensure that all telephones are cleaned and sanitized every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Ensure all display monitors are thoroughly cleaned at least once per week with anti-static solution and are left smear free
- Once every fortnight we will deep vacuum clean the main walkways and, once per month, all of the carpeted areas
- Provide a means of recycling all waste paper and cardboard boxes, together with making it our responsibility to carry this out
- Only use chemicals that are ecologically safe and environmentally friendly to restore and maintain your work place
